4 shot group at 27 yards

Recommended Posts

come to think of it, i shot a 5 shot group like this the other week with my hw 95k .177 using jsb exact.

the 5th shot was a wobble just about a centimeter to the left, but the first 4 shots went in the same jagged hole, at 29 yards.

i put it on another thread duno who seen it, but i deleted the pics from photobucket so now it wont show up lol.

also after chronoing my 95 the other day the jsb's were also very consistent even unwashed at 13fps spread i think over 20 shots.

so yeah im with bigmac on this one,-- Jsb Exact = very good pellets

It's an old Rws rapier had some trouble and got it serviced the o ring in the brass coupling had perished this was the first time out since and I'm loving it like I said was a fluke hahahaha

Just keep at it mate and be for long you will be shooting as good or even better than us practice makes perfect i still go to the shooting range just to keep my eye in atvbmac

Amazing what can be achieved with all the air going in the right direction!

Well done, that will boost your confidence - and no, it wasn't a fluke. It was careful aiming, careful breathing and careful trigger control. Just replicate it and the same thing will happen, it isn't anything more than that.

Half the route to good groups is inside your head. Whether you believe you can, or you believe you can't, you will be correct. ;) Have faith in the power of positive thinking.

''the 5th shot was a wobble''

its like bottling out, a fight in your own head...all part the learning curve.

e.g. i had a go of a daystate MK11 the smaller karbine unregged model, fired1 shot, it hit bang on the cross, fired the next at the hole and thought hu? fired a third and though no way the scopes jiggered..shot one to the left and nope it was dead on lol..could't do it again all night because i doubted myself and self jinxed it..all in head.
