Had a wonder on a new shoot this weekend as the keeper had been finding a few to many feathers about and asked me if i could just have a check about a few places,well terriers packed and off we trotted and to be honest it was the nicest day we've had for a week so with the sun out and no rain i though we'd be lucky to find to ground but we were lucky after a few places were checked and my russell dog found and got to work and after the wait for the bolt that didn't happen it was rescue the dog time and at 3 ft i was soon through to him settled in to his task but any movement forward was met with vengance as there was a bend just before the stop end with a very spitefull vixen round it who was showing him she didn't want him in bed with her,well the dog was lifted and she was delt with by the under keeper as by the law says,but to be honest i'd have moved her pre ban but as the law states she had to die so shot she was and the terriers given a mouthfull of fur to rid them of their stresses.

Glad you still at it mate,have you still got your plummer I bred? Due to divorce having to start from scratch. We had a blank day mate,tried 4 earths and two bale stacks.
