saluki natural retreiving?

Recommended Posts

right iv only ever spent time in field with coursing dogs an 1/2 coursing dogs, an there a funny lot to say the least, but my question is... are full saluki's even worse?? are they twice as bad as a coursing dog?? or does the coursing dogs still carry the same traits as full salukis, i reckon i could handle a coursin dog, but if a saluki is even worse, then i doubt i could handle 1 a them, im used to lurchers that are easy to train an willing to please

you have to learn to understand there ways , but give them there head if you got no patience get a collie

its not the patience i think would be a problem, i never had a problem way deerhound blood, i think iv got round to the way a coursing dog thinks, but if a saluki is a whole other level above that again then i think i need to meet some an see exactly what they are like, i no intention a getting 1 rio, just curious as to them an there nature, iv had a few dogs now that were lamp dogs x day dogs an iv got round to there way a thinking, an i really like there blow amongst other things

there not for everyone mate and anyway your youngun wants one for ferretitng
