Not bred for brains? The saluki or highly saluki saturated dogs are far from brain dead. They will kill game where most lurchers won't by boxing its game off cover and back out into the open reading and watching every move there game makes they will step out of line and run up the side of them and put them were they want the game not where the game wants to be they are a very intelligent dog 1 Quote Link to post

It might take a little longer in training due to this but u get far supior dog in the end Quote Link to post
