tote 856 Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 Yesterday I was asked to make a dent in the rabbit population on a small acre estate that I have full permission on.I was in need of dog and ferret food so I readily agreed to have a walk round after tea with my mate Tam. There were a lot of rabbits about and if truth be told both of us didn't shoot to clever We ended up with 15 rabbits which was ok but both missed a few Just over the march dyke we noticed quite a few rabbits with mixy It usually starts to show in August on this patch but it seems as if it's early this year. On the way home Tam was telling me he had to re-zero the scope as it was hitting high to start off.And sure enough when I was skinning them this morning I came across one that Tam had shot through the ears.
