D-Day! (Renamed to "The re-education and crushing defeat of the fatally idealistic Mr Miles")

Would just like to make my gratitude known that unlike in the past, and in other parts of the world, it is not an accepted practice in this country to simply beat,torture and kill those would dare march to the beat of a different drummer...

Though it appears there are those who would support it.

It would have been a lot simpler if you had just 'bent' your version of reality slightly and bought a plot of land.............. Then you could have lived out whatever moral life you wished in relative peace.

Right to ownership of anything is not morally wrong or evil by nature, wars were being fought long before the concept of modern civilisation and land ownership.

I dont believe the first part to be absolutely true. Instead, i believe the council would be the ones to instigate proceedings.

I agree with the second paragraph though. A concept does not cause harm. The suffering is inflicted by the Man in which it dwells.

This is the thing with religious atheists, it ain't a one way street! The onus is just as much on you to conclusively prove that god doesn't exist! :D

I've always said the same. It's impossible to disprove a god theory, which makes the whole thing mute.............

Crazy people.............. :whistling::D

Edited; Paulus, randomly I scanned back through this page and noticed your post............ Proof! Need I say more? :D

no one likes the gypo,s just pulling up and making home, what makes what your doing any different ?? :hmm:

Do people really dislike them "making home"?

What is it that I am 'doing'?

I think the issue is where I am being rather than any doing. I am not knowingly depriving anyone of anything, and yet an unaffected party wishes to see my family and I deprived of the ground upon which we dwell. I can't say why. I do not know, nor can I fathom a guess other than ego.

he's not turning the place into a shit hole..maybe...

By cleaning the place up after fly tippers had dumped some useful bits people have expressed their support. It helps that we speak in a manner that is understood and have earnt the trust, even gratitude of those who visit (using the mentioned foot and bridlepaths) and live nearby.
