i have two bedroom house that i rent out if you were there and not paying rent believe me there would be no courts or police involved your feet wouldent touch the floor on the way out its your kids and wife i feel sorry for man up and join the real world john

my mate rents out a farm house and he private rented out to some family ..........................in the end they were in months of arrears and believe it or not because they had kids, he could not evict them or use force obviously and in side the house they done 30k worth of damage , the dirty gits................we couldnt get the fella on his own and give him some pleasant trees ........................hid behind his family ,.................some people

I know you can't squeeze blood from a stone, but did you think you could pummel 30k out of his body?!

 

I don't condone the activity and damages you describe, but the idea violence can be a remedy or is justified because a party is frustrated is disgusting, look where it got old Alby Dryden.

No alternatives as yet. Though i could ask one of the farmers i shoot for if he has a patch in exchange for able and willing help. If he's a Daily Mail reader, I'd be better off asking gonetoearth, 'g machine' bloke or Neil82...
