beast 1,884
just been looking through the hancock topic and a couple of people said how his dogs are not worked and so the pups are from unproven parents. fair point. my question isn't just about hancock 9before we go down that road!!) but which would you choose, 1. a pup from two decent working parents but neither had produced any pups before for you to look at OR 2. a pup from unworked parents, but the pup was from a repeat mating and the older brothers and sisters were good workers? personally i think i would take the 2nd option opinions? moonlighter 1,164
There is a difference between un worked parents and parents that don't work because they were crap. Some unworked parents would probally be really good if given the chance., 1 Quote Link to post

Country Joe 1,411
I know Greyhound breeding is not the same as producing Lurchers, Years ago i talked to an Irish Greyhound Trainer, who told me he had a brood Bitch, when bred to different Sires, always produced the goods. 1 Quote Link to post
