Always wanted a chopper :tongue4: but had to settle for the junior edition, the Tomahawk. However our relationship came to an end aged 8 when the local bully chased me and I rode into the kerb, not too painfull except the brake lever came off......and pierced my groin. :icon_eek: On a positive note the bully rode off and left me alone.......... :feck:

I spent most of my time riding bikes, climbing trees, playing swing knifey...... where you have to swing on a rope and stick a knife in to the ground and see who could get the knife furthest out, bad stuff well digging a hole then make a fire then stick a calor gas heater bottle valve downwards in the fire  fecking stupid

Do you remember making peg guns?

10 No 6 fags 3op :icon_eek:

6 hole doc martins and jean jackets?

The gear stick on the chopper was so cool ......but they were very unstable down hills :icon_eek:

Its sad that they built a fecking big estate on my old playing ground.

Had a browse on You tube earlier and downloaded a few choice cartoon intros, Notably The mysterious Cities of Gold and my own personal favourite Ulysess 31..Does anyone remeber them ???

as a child born in 82, I was merely a pest but There is something about that era that does warm your heart..I was young, Had a huge gang of mates and we endlessly roamed the woods day and night building dens, Giving cheek, Taking Chase and other general tomfoolery , I FEEL PRIVELIGED TO HAVE GROWN UP IN A WORLD THAT CHILDREN NOWADAYS CAN NO LONGER EXPERIENCE...What a tragedy
