Nik_B 3,790
i have just been to the doctors for the 3 time! first time waiting room full of polish mothers and children after half an hour after my appointment time i walked out. second time full of poles again waited and again walked out after at least another half hour over my time. Just been back same again. Im fukin discusted with this shit hole. Iv worked all my life paying in and trying to do the right thing, this is a fukin disaster this country. Here's one for you I want to give up smoking and they tell me I have to have a double appointment with the nurse. I work shifts 4am to 4pm I tell them so any time after that is fine. They cant give me an appointment with the nurse after 4pm so I cant get the free patches etc. I have to buy them from the pharmacy! No problem taking my taxes but then I get treated like some scrounger when I want a doctors appointment...and yes the surgery is always full of non working mothers with kids who are clearly not fecking sick taking up all the appointments. Matt3699 142
My mate had a strange swelling on his face and went to the doctors about it. The doctor looked at him strangely and then said.... '' That is odd, have you Googled it?'' He couldn't believe it. Neither could I when he told me.
littlefish 586
It's amazing the number of people who do Google and diagnose themselves with all sorts of problems when all they need to do is take a look at their lifestyle. But guys........Remember, remember, last month was Movember! If you have any genuine concerns....get yerselves checked out sooner rather than later
Outlaw Pete 2,224
The surgery is always full of non working, single mothers with kids who are clearly not fecking sick taking up all the appointments. FYP

Matt3699 142
Nik, before you try the patches (never helped me) have a read on here, and look into electric cigarettes. http://ukvapers.org/ They worked for me! I'm still smoking on the electric one's. I prefer them over normal now. Although, it will take a good few weeks to get used to the change.

Matt3699 142
Same here, been smoking the electrics for over a year lol, still love me nicotine, just dont like cancer too much ;-) It's actually amazing how quickly you go off the real thing though. I am waiting on a delivery of cartridges and have been out for a couple days. I caved in at work and have had a couple of small roll ups to keep me ticking over. I f*****g hated them and even after I finished it I still wanted a puff of vapor!
Paid 935
I use ego twists with vision tanks, and after a few run outs months back, i now stay fully stocked ;-) I do still have the odd rollie but we are talking one a month, rather than 30 a day :-)

I would lose out on 7 or 8 days money. I'll not bore you with the details but its a pain in the arse. At the end of the day they work for us...not the other way around and why the feck cant the doctor just write a prescription instead.
