wuyang 513
Just wondering if any bodies dog has had this. It was something I wasn't aware of until yesterday. I took all my dogs out Saturday and Sunday, come Tuesday i noticed one of my bushing dogs dogs didn't want to go outside and was just wanting to stay in her bed, left her tea that night, come Wed morning, orange sick everywhere. Took her straight to the vets, gave her anti sickness jab and another jab and gave me some electrolyte powder for her. Anyway she's in the vets at the moment on a drip, kidney readings really bad. Mines the sixth this week, 2 have died another two still on the drip, one been sent home. Vet doesn't know if there will be any long term damage to the dogs organs that make it through ok. All the six dogs affected had been in the vicinity of Grenoside woods, Sheffield. Anyway I've got my fingers crossed. Quote Link to post
Mixed Bag 603
what does the vet reckon is the cause of it mate? is it something the dogs have picked up when theyve been out on walks? Quote Link to post

wuyang 513
Nobody really knows the cause yet, could be spores, could be mites........lots of research been going on over last few years. If you google seasonal k9 disorder/illness. I just did my normal mooching round, other three dogs ok. Quote Link to post
