Gaz_1989 9,539
Good luck mate, I went up a few months back. Some cracking dogs and nice pups. Personally I would go for the 3/4 Grey 1/4 Beardie/Border. Theres a cracking 11 fawn 11 week old bitch on there. I was really tempted by her but still arent sure what route to go down. Atb. johnny boy68 11,726
I prefer the 5/8 x's myself especially if you work rough ground, I find them a more rugged animal. 3 Quote Link to post

robwelsh 354
Does it really matter about both parents working? It's like the track dogs that don't chase the lure, but will catch in a hunting scenario ? I mean its obviously better if you know both parents can prove themselves as sturdy working dogs, but does it really matter Aslong as u put the effort in? 3 Quote Link to post
storm323 191
When you say it's obviously better to now if both parents are working and decent animals why risk putting all your effort into a dog that isn't as well bread and may not do it it's a risk and with him breeding from weak greyhound I think it's silly getting one and when you hear he charges more for a different coloured dogs is a joke if you wanna dog to work regular and hard then I'd give Hancock a miss! littlefish 586
What size do the 1/2 x, 5/8 x and 3/4 x usually turn out? Is there much difference in height/build between dogs and bitches. I would like a collie x grey that is not too heavy (is that a risk with 1/2) and no bigger than about 25-26"? Quote Link to post
Haggis81 147
they all the same price dont matter if they pink or black or meral. some retards post about hancock dogs, people that most likly have never even seen one work and spend most of their time typing on thl insted of hunting?!? I have seen a 3/4 two first crosses and a 5/8s all from hancocks working, they have good collie lines. 1 Quote Link to post
