reddawn 2,173
all the folks saying get the 3/4 bred, many 3/4 breds have they had?? i had a 3/4 bred dog, his mother was a hancocks bitch, im sure the dog ended up with 1/8 beardie an 1/8 border, big racey black dog he was, clever as could be yet never pulled up, only fault i had way the dog was lamp him anymore than 2 goodnites a week an he lost condition, i tried everythin, in end the dog was rehomed to a less demanding job, 3/4 breds aint all that, iv had a few now an they are often too fast an inury prone imo 4 Quote Link to post
graham4877 1,181
I think you's know how i feel about him.... why is it always about the dam and sire working ,me i would only have pups from such dog's then people say they've had/got them and they are good dogs.. ok i can live with that no problem.. But where is me with me, i'm more bothered about the fact the dam and sire of them pups are penned up 24/7 Quote Link to post

Ray Mears 272
i have been out with a few one i seen was a half x and was a bag of shit and was oppening up. the second was a 3/4 that i seen take 3 diffrent types of quarry in one night preban! and the third was also a 3/4 very game dog didnt get a chance to see it do much but what i did see of it he was good. dont agree with what the bloke does but then again i dont have to because i would go there for a dog not a chat about him being a pedler. Guest thebigdog
you dont get out what you dont put in its up to the owner you cant put in what nature left out, the time put into a dog is only half the battle. 3 Quote Link to post
graham4877 1,181
Sorry i've never owned one, and never will, simply because i wont support a puppy farming c**t! and i don't care how good anyones dog is from him, fact is they are penned up all the time for breeding.. and tbh theirs alot better crosses out their to have! 1 Quote Link to post
