Country Joe 1,411
For a while now ive been feeding Robbies Meat free mixer, which i add to my Beef, Chicken and Rabbit. No Chemical Flavouring, No wheat, Glutton Free, No Soya, No Dairy, No Pork, No Eggs. And hypo- Allergenic. COMPOSITION. Brown Rice, Oats, Carrots, Spinach, green beans, Freeze dried Peas, Thyme, Spearmint, Parsley, Oregano, Sage. All are dehydrated, so it goes a long way, you just add warm water and it swells, £10.60 for 2.5 Kg. i suppose its expensive if you have a few dogs to feed, but i only work the one whippet. sandymere 8,263
Not cheap but if your happy with it. An alternative for the more cost minded would be to buy rolled oats/porridge and add boiling water or the rice and boil in batches every couple of days or freeze a week or so's supply.
harerunner 10
It would cost me around a ten spot a day on a mixer going that way I have 4 running dogs and a couple terriers and it only costs roughly 15 a week that's all fresh veg and price of beef and lamb pasta etc
