Blueblood92 1
I have a 9 1/2 month Irish Stafford and he's game as anything when going after rabbits. He's been close and turned a few but then lost them over brows in the dark. Quote Link to post

Tyla 3,179
I hunt with Blackstaff off here who used to run a staff bitch as you would a lurcher, seen her ferret, bush, work with the gun and lamp. Nothing like as fast as a lurcher but did everything with all her heart and got the catches to prove it. Was good to see. 1 Quote Link to post
thorny 100
Some of the best times I've had out hunting were just scratching around the hedges and ditches of Kent with the terriers. Hard work and small bags, but it was bloody good fun and I look back with great fondness for those times and those dogs where abouts in the Garden of England do you hail from Stabs? blackstaff 488
Used to take my bitch all the time until i had my 2 div's. Now I take my bitch when the lurchers are broke, but she always come ratting and bushing. Something a bit special when they manage to get a rabbit or 2 My bitch is now known as ' The soft mouth Stafford ' in our circles Defo not the case, but anything that is getting caught in her jaws isn't coming out. Rabbits are good for ferret food, or normally just the back end is good enough for fodder. Take her out, enjoy yourselves and hopefully you'll get a couple in the bag Quote Link to post
Westy76 546
Here's my Stafford bitch she loves to bush for the lurchers and will happily pile in on anything the lurchers catch, got a good nose to 1 Quote Link to post
