Your bags look great nelson. Im not knocking them   For me, a respirator havasack will do fine. I just put the nets in mine and put it in my rucksack with the rest of my gear.   The amount of kit

The large blue bag is an old post office bag, free gratis.

The green net bag you wear round your waist with a belt, made by a seamstress had it for years, really handy bit of kit, i keep more nets for back up in the bigger bag, which the seamstress put in two inside pockets, one I use for poke nets, the other for finders and collars.

Nothing much different to what yous are showing me and a gpod old army respirator bag.

Has an adjustable strap to go round your waist or over shoulder a side pocket and pockets inside. And only £3 or so.

The new respirator bags are even better. Bigger, more pockets and a chunky strap.

i used an old respirator pouch years ago for putting round my waist to hold my spare nets in once i'd netted up a warren. saved messing around untangling rabbits while the ferrets were to ground, neck them and re-set a fresh net. The few bags i have made are much much bigger than a respirator pouch, the front pocket alone on my bag is 10mm smaller in width and 2" smaller in length and almost identical in height as the respirator pouch. ;)

For me, a respirator havasack will do fine. I just put the nets in mine and put it in my rucksack with the rest of my gear.

The amount of kit you can potentially carry for a ferreting trip is endless. I try to keep it down with minimum kit and generally only take what will fit in my daysack. The havasack holds around 35 nets and the rest go in the car incase. (Not about numbers for us, few holes missed is sport for the dogs).

I have a T bar that is going to get cut down to fit in the bag. Locator and a flask- all goes in the bag so its good that there is room left over once the nets go in.

Ferret box on, daysack on top, spade in right hand and dog i left (if need be).

I like all my kit to be light and easy to carry. It all fits together nicely in one bag and a ferret box.

Some of the best days ive had have been with 1 ferret, a pocket of nets and a dog. Never mind all this kit

Although i wont be going without a spade in future. Got caught out a while back and dug the ferret out with a fencepost!

Good bag and has its uses to some. Just not for me mate

its okay saying that guys, if i done all my ferreting like that, id get nowt, an end up losing land, some burys just cant be done with a few nets or a dog, granted some a my best days ferreting have been way nowt but a spade a dog an a ferret, but thats what they are to me a welcome bonus...

i was describing this bag nelson has made to the guy i ferret with the other day, an i described it as a respirator bag but 3 times aslong maybe, if i needed a bag for nets id order 1 an gee it a blast but as it goes i got that many daysacks an bergans hers i couldnae justify getting another
