Members and mods will always clash its just how it is...

I have been a troublesome fellow in the past it dont pay really if you dont really like the way things are going mabie you should find a new forum???

Every forum has trouble I find if something pisses you off just dont reply you will just get all borthed about nothing hunting is done in the feilds not on line..

I voted ridiculous but when i thought about it i really think they dont do a bad job the site still has contributing members lots of new threads everyday..

Personally, I think the mods do a great job  At the end of the day when they delete threads its only because they have our best interests at heart - things can sometimes come back and bite you on the nose :( When its harmless fun though perhaps they could be a bit more reasonable - but it is a hunting site after all. I wouldnt want a moderators job for all the tea in China, its a bit like being the boss at work I guess, you cant please everyone :boxing::feck:

Someone once said "If a person expresses a desire to become a politician, he should be at once banned from ever becoming one" :big_boss:

Possibly the same sentiment should apply to any future wannabe mods. :gunsmilie:

I am a mod on another forum, and I appreciate that sometimes a thread must be pulled, for legal reasons etc, but some of the shit that has gone down on here smacks of arrogance.

Have a look at the closed "stud dog " thread, and then wonder why sites like these need moderating, and also why the moderators get absolutely sick to the back teeth of dealing with silly squabbling people, who really should grow up.

Moderators do it for the good of the site, nothing else, and give up hours of time, trawling through some of the absolute f*****g shite posted on here. As for pm, ing everyone whose post gets deleted.......they would be at it all night.

I personally packed it in, because i couldn,t take any more of the utter mindless drivel, some people post....basically , life is too short. If people thought a little more, before hitting the "add reply" button, these forums would be a better place.

Franks one of the good guys, thats for sure......... :toast:

Wouldn't take the thread being removed as a dig at frank or anyone else, just that a moderator thought the thread had run its course and was starting to go off topic...
