Yeh , I have lecy on a key meter so it's easy to monitor ,,, if I have not else on,, it costs about £ 1 - 1.50 a day to run. That's with a 250 wat. So there not cheap

 

I am about to buy the pro lamp,,, and a ceramic bulb, they go down to 40 wat, I'm going with the 100 and in a box I would think it be plenty,,,

 

At the moment mines just a raised bed,, but I'm going to box it in. I'm hoping it will be less to run with the 100

Cheers tomo,Ive been thinking about putting one in,but its another bill.Think i will put a rad in the kennel and link it in to the house.Take the chill of without cooking em.

If they have a decent box shouldn't need lamps my whippet greyhound hasn't got much of a coat but he never suffers even in the coldest weather if there kennels are well built so wind doesn't blow into the box there own body heat should warm the box

Lampalurcher your [bANNED TEXT] mate I do dnt have eny in my pen an I have a bullx a 12week old bullx and a wippet and there have always been fine if you feed them well they will be ok
