the dry food is quite high in protein, as is chicken,................it wont do them much harm, but i would add some tripe and maybe lamb, just makes them have a little more energy and they will have a bit of fat to help them with work loads , its surprising what they look like after a good days work and the fatty foods make them look so much healthier, like there ready for some graph, just my opionion mate

I fed Fromm for a couple or three years. The dogs did VERY well on it. An eighth to a half a cup per day depending on the dog, with a little coconut oil and they held up in the Texas heat sometimes running in excess of fifteen miles. I give them whole red squirrell from time to time for a job well done. I switched to Victor a month or so ago because it's local. Time will tell if it was a good switch. If not.. it's back to Fromm.

raw diet cant beat it :thumbs:

 

I 100% Raw for a awhile. It is a ton of work that a guy can use to work with the dogs run,training,care. ect

 

I am thinking of mixing

http://www.chewy.com/dog/orijen-6-fish-formula-dry-dog-food/dp/29729 for hunting season and cutting out the cooked meat mix. Has anyon really fed it ?
