swanseajack what breeding is the dog in the last picture looks like one that i have that came from wales abot 5 or 6 years ago

He's out of a bitch I bred that went up to Halifax, bred back to a dog called Jake only one in litter that survived, my bitch was same lines as my others tango yogi etc. Dog had Toby/Poppy in lines..

He's a big lad @ 16 1/2" works well on top, got a nose like a hound, use him for bushing etc.. too big for earth work :good:

He's a good stamp for using over whippets, greys... to big for what I'd consider suitable for my liking...

GN had the bitch...called her Merlin & she was bred from (accidently) she was with him until he  passed away...she's the bitch who died a couple of months ago, she was a different type to your dogs though.

Alright Mate :friends:

Welcome to the site, I remember the pups and you taking them, bit of the tongue was missing because she had licked the ferret cage :p at an early age.

Hope you got some pics and some good stories to tell us, PM me and I'll give you my number..

Cheers

Here's an update for the readers that have been following this thread..

We still have a lot of interest and hopefully with new members registering to the site every day we will have some more Bedlington posts, pics etc posted on here.

I've had some interesting PM's and hopefully these lads will post their info for all to see.

C'mon lads the season's on us and I'm sure there are some of you itching to put up some pics...

Had my first fox to ground for this season with Milly and have posted details on another thread 1st Fox to ground with my BEDLINGTON.

She did me proud and got the job done without taking to much punishment.

To be honest, I haven't.... Yogi, retired is my oldest dog and he's Tango back to Rusty both were 3/4 bred.

Jack was bred by a mate out of Yogi and a bitch from the same lines with Toby/Poppy in her lines.

Milly is bred from Bron>Tango lines both sides with a Rambo bitch one side, and a Toby* the other..

Ranger is Bron>Tango>Hash back to a dog called Jake< Solo<Rambo..

I'd like to find out on here where most of the first litters are as I've lost contact with the owners. Saying that I have made contact with a lot.... now hopefully a few more...

Head Study of Jack... looks a bit clean and ponsy..... :haha:
