On the other foot i've got a dispute against me at the moment for an Arnova tablet computer that i sold, i attached pics of every angle of the tablet and included in the description that it was bought new for £100 in July, went round Europe and so has the hall marks ie a few scratches which are highlighted in the pictures. Sent it to the fella in Jersey for £64 + £7 delivery, when he got it i got an e-mail back saying there were scratches on the back of it. I was like yeah as said in the description and quite clearly shown in the pictures. So i offered a refund but he wanted me to pay the return delivery which he said would be £16 :hmm: and cover the cost of the original P&P. No i says because i've done everything by the book.

So he opened a case against me through ebay, i'm more than happy to refund but he saw the pictures, read the description, what more can you do?!!

If ebay rule against me then i will not be a happy chappy :hmm:

i sold a terrier locator and collar, the lad paid straight away,i sent it off to the address that was on the ebay invoive, recorded delivery. then a few days later i get a message from the lad asking why i had sent it to the wrong address, checked his paypal details and sure enough that address was different, but was only 12 miles from the address on the ebay invoice, the locator and collar had been delivered and signed for :hmm: alarm bells started to ring so i raised a dispute with ebay i also rang a friend who i new lived within half an hour of both address plus i put a thread on here asking for anyone who lived in the area to get intouch, i sent the lad an email saying i was sending a few lads round to pick the locator and collar up, within 1/2 hour i had one back saying he had gone round himself and picked it up  he even left me good feedback, ebay did fook all to help :icon_eek: so be carefull, even when you do everything by the book its still possible to get ripped off

the other thing to do is ask for a contact number before saying anything to them on ebay, speak over the phone and tell him / her if its not sorted then you'll tell ebay you havnt recived them and you'll get the nets and your money back. <<< only for dishonest fcuking halfwits that try pulling a fast 1
