I assume that you have considered this option but buying a second hand bird that is already trained will not teach the chap about the initial picking up and manning stage. I would think its far more satisfying for him to get an untouched bird, train it up and watch it progress onto its first kill. regards Ian 1 Quote Link to post
j j m 6,536 Posted December 1, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 1, 2012 He's flew birds with me for ten months now and is doing very well and more then capable of flying his own bird on his own ,this is the way he wants to approache it I've pointed out the pit falls of taking some one else's bird on but if that what he wants to do and doesn't want to train a fresh bird and has money to go ahead then that's his choice,he's been flying 2 of my birds and will do well my jobs done but I will still be at the other end of the phone incase he needs me Quote Link to post
