ponte 222 Posted June 30, 2007 Report Share Posted June 30, 2007 Bin given some permission to remove rabbits, not that many really, off a keepers land.. keeper will be with me when rabbitting, but whats the state of play if a hare gets up.....and my lurcher takes off after it,, keeper will be carrying his shotgun, hares are classed as vermin on his shoot..would it be classed as hare coursing if..... A.......i tried to stop the dog. but failed. B......the keeper says he will shoot the hare if it comes close to him.. thanks. Quote Link to post
