The big pup done well

Not really specific gundog training related but Janos (Yanosh) got both his bronze and silver kennel club good citizen awards tonight. At 8 months old the big pup did well.

 

As for his gundog training the dark nights have slowed things but its probably not a bad thing as he is at a very bouncy stage. Retrieving well just started splits, and is hunting well cover doesnt faze him. introduced him too shot last weekend no problems.

No i went and had a look at them wish i would of got one now

get your name down at Roy Bebbingtons Gonegos kennel near Richmond, North Yorks, his dogs are spot on. I was going to get one from Roy but Pams came along first and it was about having a dog ready for next season so i took a chance. Pams bitch was a bit bouncy and not a worker although her lines showed a lot of hungarian import. Whereas i had met Dweezil the sire at Roys and fell in love with him a direct import he showed all the promise he has gone on to acheive.

 

Janos really wants to work for me and that is a sign of a good relationship in the field in the future.
