Wood needed !

Recommended Posts

Depends on what you want to end up with and how competent you are at carving or woodwork in general.

A good mate works at a tree yard with a sawmill and most flavours of native woods are available. Some will carve with ease others will be a bitch.

Timber won't be for feck all but at a good price I'm sure.

There are shed loads of stock making posts and topics on here. Have a scout and get an idea. Then if you like give me a shout.

Or find a local sawmill. Not B & Q because they cut wood. Lol

There is a little more to it than just getting a lump of timber and whittling away.

Hi guys I and 2 mates are looking for some permission for some rabbit hunting in cornwall but can’t find where to ask. I and my mates are all greatly skilled with air rifles from just sitting in the back of our gardens with targets roughly 50-100yards and want to move onto small game so if anyone knows of anyone in cornwall that would give us permission please let me know.

Hi, we're having a sudden rat infestation on our small holding in North Cotswolds. Wondering if there are any people around with ratting dogs who want a bit of work?
