EastTyrone 2 Posted November 27, 2012 Report Share Posted November 27, 2012 ok guys, i have a lot of permission around my house that is meant to be full of woodcock, there is alot of whin bushes and some conifer pplantings, where is the best place to find woodcock for rough shooting? Born Hunter 17,763 Posted November 27, 2012 Report Share Posted November 27, 2012 (edited) You're not gonna find any on here, all land differs and some places that look 'garunteed' never hold and others that you would'nt give a second look explode on the one day you gave it a try. Get out there and beat the land! Look forward to hearing about it, we don't have a great many round here, but much better numbers this year.
