B.P.R 2,798
Good work! Maybe a finger loop would help? played with the idea but it would get stuck when 'slipping' through the collar. not sure if i will use it or not. it might have a 'whip' when it runs through but i wont know until i give it a bash. AirgunGuy 362
If it's braided (hollow centred) you can pull it back through on itself and add a dab of superglue. It'll run straight through
B.P.R 2,798
Dont know what you mean? And i dont think its hollow centred mate.

tilimangro 1,013
make a loop and either glue the end down back on on itself to make the loop or whip it round with nylon to make the loop itll run straight through and wont snag
B.P.R 2,798
revised the slip lead i made a few days ago. tried it out and im not keen on it at all. SO... had some thinner cord lying about. i went with the 'slip through the collar' that i already use and knocked up another. the wrist loop tightens and loosens but with enough gap so with the dog pulling it doesnt tighten on your hand. if that makes sense i made the loop with a paracord pattern so it doesnt dig in (would act like a cheesewire if i didnt) very simple design and just loops through the collar and hold with you finger. same as most use with blue rope/ an old lead etc. cheers.
