lost bird pontypool (south wales)

found a harris hawk earlier on today with its leg tangled in some wire on my permission so covered it in a towel i borrowed from the landowner and cut the wire off it was all geared up and looks in good condition, any ideas what i should do with it if know one comes forward some say the RSPCA are a waste of time

have you tried ibr dont even bother with rspca

try the ibr if its got a ring on it it will have a number on it ,what ever you do dont give it to the rspca mate

yea phoned the ibr and they give the owner a ring a young lad came up and collected it
