You cant beat proper boots for the field, altberg, lowa, meindl etc but i like the easiness of wellies and the fact your trousers are clean and dry too Quote Link to post

B.P.R 2,798 Posted November 22, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 22, 2012 (edited) Wellies came this morning and i am very happy. Nice thick neoprene upper with a waterproof 'coating'. The foot part is nice and sturdy, great grip and comfort. Like slippers when theyre on Edited to add: Just been out in the torrential rain and gave them a run out. Through every puddle (just to make sure theres no leaks). Feet were nice and warm. Obviously time will tell with footwear but first impressions are good.
