But to be honest if I were going to use one it would be the shorter length one,, just for pinpointing the tube when you get towards the bottom of a dig

Ive also got 2 that i made from work, one is around 1 1/2ft the other is just over 2ft, but tbh i never use them although i do take one of them with me when i go out. I've found that with using the collars there is'nt really a need for me to have to locate the tunnel, as 9/10 times the finder is bang on

I have a couple, but the small foot long(currently need rewelding) is fine for using to find a tube in a dig, and sits in the net bag without taking up too much space.

Good for pegging a rabbit outside a hole if a ferret still to ground and you have to move on.

Pocket Rocket I would get that probe shortened, mines is similar to Sirius, it fits in the bottom of my bag.

 

Its perfect for me right now. Just had a knee op an works like a walking stick :thumbs: maybe get it shortened in the future.
