Pig boy 29
Hi guys, my terrier loves going in the thick brambles after the rabbits but never seems to push any out of the cover, is this something he will just need experience and time to do? I was also wondering do you find terriers work better if there is a lurcher or running dog with them, do they work that bit harder because they have a job to do to get the rabbits out to the runners? Thanks for reading Pig boy Quote Link to post
BEARINATOR 2,872
Just needs more experience mate , my terriers work just as hard by themselves or if I have the runners with them Quote Link to post
Mick C. 229
If they aint coming out they must be dropping in unseen holes If there is loads of cover the rabbit will keep a good distance from the dog and make good is escape by slowley creeping out and sneaking off rather than bursting from cover Quote Link to post
