Froch vs mack

Recommended Posts

 What a pair of plums !.....Brookie like you say its probably best you dont get into these boxing threads i agree....because you either dont read very well or dont really understand the sport like i once thought you did........or probably a bit of both !

If you re-read i said Froch could not get near Calzaghe for pure ability and would more than likely lose to him 99 times out of 100................but to suggest Calzaghe showed heart anywhere near the level Froch has tells me you dont see " heart " or " gameness " in the same way i do..........fighting with a sore hand doesnt show gameness.....cruising to wide margin points wins doesnt show gamness....................................coming back from disappointing losses, coming through fights you are well behind and being beaten in......shows heart and gameness..............

Calzaghe was so good he never had to show gameness !!!......Only a couple of divs who dont really understand gameness would see that as knocking him !!

There is no question of Joe's guts and heart once he was "in" the ring. His desire to win was second to none.

Maybe he's saying(not talking for another man) Joe was never the under dog and was never really to troubled by anyone he fought so he never had to dig deep to turn it round when the pressure was on and he was struggling,To keep going when it seems all is lost is gameness  ,Joe never had to show gameness as he was always winning or still comfortable when under pressure,to be honest it's a big up for Joe's class in my eyes and not a knock
