DaveB916 5
Hi, Not sure what section this should be in, but: I am looking for a blank firer for dog training, but legislation has me beaten. It would appear you can't buy new a blank firer unless it's brightly coloured and you can own but not sell one that is not ? Therefore can I buy a second hand non brightly coloured one, or not, or does it need to be gifted etc. Any clear advice most welcome. Dave B
