cjcterrier 20
Hi quite new to the air rifle scene had a bsa scorpion about a year ago when i was 19 and shot a few wood pigeons and rabbits unfortunately my rifle broke and i wasnt in a postion to fix it so it had to be sold, i have just bought a logun sweet16 that iv saved up for quite a while and would like to get back into the hunting side, if any one would let me go shooting with them id be most grateful i no its a long shot but would rather go out shooting live kill than targets in my back garden and also would be great learning from others, i am from huddersfield so anywhere around west yorkshire would be fine for me thanks for taking the time to read cheers Chris Quote Link to post

mike92 0
I'm from manchester and also looking to tag along with some. Good luck pal... I've had no luck getting my own permission. Quote Link to post
georgenottingham 7
We could all get our violins out. If we wanted. I wish finding someone kind enough to take you on there permission was so easy, tried it myself a few times on here with no luck after my permission flooded and bunnies drowned. Good luck! It will happen one day (for some) Quote Link to post
Wildling 520
With an attitude like that no wonder no ones invited you out ! 1 Quote Link to post
georgenottingham 7
Lol it wasn't meant as attitude. Sorry if I looked ungreatful. What I was trying to say is its hard and we could all moan about no perms in our past but don't coz eventually somethings pops up. Would be an honour to be on someone else permission as a friend to shoot with. Makes all the spit n polish worth it atb Quote Link to post
robwelsh 354
But the world is full of back trackers and back stabbers lol many of people have lost good permission by doing someone a favour like. Best thing to do, is fill the tank, an go out knocking..iv tried the phone and letter route to no avail. Everytime iv gone knocking iv got permission. It is hard, I used to think it was...because I didn knock really, lol just rung about or posted letters etc..good luck 2 Quote Link to post
bunnyman 68
i don,t go knocking on doors for permissions, all i did was i put an add in the parish church magazine offering free pest comtrol,i had x5 new shoots in the 1st week, i now have x12 and people ring me up, had a new one 3 days back about 2acres of paddocks loads of bunnies/woodies, so a free add and being local does work, it did for me, atb brian Quote Link to post
