timwest 8
looking for advise please? I was out lamping the other night and was driving along a wall edge, over the wall is a 100 acre rough field full of long grass and rushes. when i scanned the lamp i picked up some eyes about 300 yards away. so i turned the landrover and lamp off and began calling. within 5 minutes the fox was withing 100 yards, however it was layed behind a rushbob. so i couldnt shoot as the bullet would of expanded when they hit the rushes. so i turned the lamp off and tryed to call it in a little further but it wouldnt come. no matter what i tryed to do it just wouldnt move. i was sat for at least 45 minutes waiting. anyone got any advise on what to do in such situations?
