ok my Bunnie burgers:

joint and bone the rabbit then mince it (approx 3 good bunnies)

add suet 1/2 box either vegy or original

Add garlic to your taste

1 vegy oxo cube, herbs & salt/pepper to your liking

1 finely diced medium onion

1 egg

bind/mix altogether and make into burgers or sausages

LOVELY all the kids and people who never would try rabbit luv them and are now conformists to the meat.

have fun and enjoy

yes i did they were delicious and my other half's aunt who always gives one of those disapproving looks at anything new said how lovely they were and asked '' are they from marks and Spencer's'' i took grate pleasure in telling her that i had made them and that it was rabbit i have passed the recipe on to most of my family they all liked them so much they go very well with blue cheese mushrooms and green salad and :drink: . they have become a firm favorite and will be at all the BBQ from now on (as a family we have at least a dozen a year always for a minimum of 15 people so the recipe is spreading far and wide my uncle has taken it to Poland with him and my aunt has taken it to Canada.

my Hubie is yet to try them as he is in Afghanistan but he is home in October so he will try them then he has herd all about them. so if your other recipes are as good as this you should write a cook book :toast:

P.S can i have first print. :D

if nothing else you should have your very own section on here
