Yeah Darren she is doing alright at the mo, just back in from a walk and she put up a few, good number of woodcock about my place. Ah I think she will just be an ok bitch, if i shoot it she will retrieve it, she bates the cover like she is on drugs :laugh: dont think she will be a world beater, but she will service me as I want, thats all ya can ask of them. :thumbs:

my springer pitch got her first pheasant up 2 days ago im not to sure if she was terrified or point blank confused she had that what the feck was that look about her.

 

same here with her first one, your bitch will settle in. My bitch is becoming a wee bit more steady on the cover, she is working it well now, before she was like an F1, good luck with ur bitch.

aye its good to get your 1st season in with young dogs asyou get a decent "feel" for what there capable of ,koda is 14 + months now and works really well in the beating line and retrieves great
