Not until Friday. Went out, got piss wet through. Lamp was working when I came in. Yesterday morning tried it before recharging, dead. Tried the lamp on my other battery, OK. Tried to charge the lithium, charger went from red to green in 2 hours :hmm:

Tried it with the lamp. Zilch.

Gonna get in touch with Deben tomorrow.

This battery is about 2 years old.

Cheers, D.

they are a great piece of kit. it's a god sent just popping the battery in a pocket and off you go.

had to use my old battery this week , had a few kidney blows when jumping fences to remind me of what i was missing.

i just hope they stand up to the test of time. not looking good so far

I use the older batteries with no probs at all. I made a shoulder carrier thing out of 2 inch webbing and when walking with it i don't even know its there. I've another bigger capacity battery coming any time so we'll see how that goes.

I wouldn't pay the money for the lithium to be honest but then again, I get my batteries FOC
