beast 1,884
i have a local butcher who will give £2 for a dressed rabbit, and will take 25 a week. next comes another who pays £1.50 gutted with skin still on. couple of old folk i give them to for free, any left go for dog or ferret food as i dont eat them myself. used to sell a few to a local wildlife park when i lived in norfolk for their otters, place has closed now. always worth asking zoos or safari parks if they want to buy any for feeding to their aniamls, some will pay a couple of quid each but some want a guaranteed supply Quote Link to post

A few weeks ago me and a feller of this site had been out on our permission ferreting. We left his 6 week old pup in the moter with a couple of rabbits while we bolted a few for the dogs. When we come back to the truck thr pup had eaten most of a full grown rabbit !!! She looked like she enjoyed it lol. Quote Link to post
