I was told that if I didn't buy the hob with the hutch they were going to have to kill him, and the bloke had the cheek to charge £7 for the ferret. Well, not willing to let him have such a fate for just over a fiver, I handed over my reddies. Best seven quid I ever spent. He's a great worker who can go all day. If they couldn't keep the ferret fair enough. But to charge you for doing them a favour, completely amazed at the cheek of it. ferret15 0 Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 awhile ago i was aproched by a young lad who parents had told him he had to get rid of his ferret as he wasnt looking after it i said that i didnt have any room as it was a hob but if he was willing to let me have the hutch with it i would be able to take it and return the hutch once it had been found a home his reply to this was that i could rent it for £5 a week i had a word with his parents who i had never met but knew of and i got given the hutch i think he lernt his lesson some people dont care how mutch you put your selfout as long as they gain something from it Quote Link to post

I looked at that one too. the measurements are ok for the space i have and was just concerned a tad with the width of the other one my hob is pretty big and when he plays it wouldnt give him too much room Quote Link to post
