Thanks for your advice and opinions marshman and jawn, wish id found this forum earlier, would have focussed my search and made it a lot easier. Must say, there are some helpful terriermen on here

join your local fell&moorland,go to a few meetings and get to know the lads,when they know you, offer to help out when they go on a dig.

Watch the terriers at work,find out there lines etc,if you like them ask to be put on there list for the next litter.

watch a lot of terriers do your homework,only get a pup from worker to worker,take your time.
