Tom Spruce 1
I've been shooting Springers for years, mainly due to bugget but now the time has come to move on. I would like to start hunting on a more frequent basis and have always wanted a Pcp rifle. My question is which one? and why? Just wondering of anybody would be willing to help me out and give some good advise Quote Link to post
weekend.rifle 44
hi, i love my pcp and as a result i can only recommend everyone to one of the same, its a weirauch hw100t, its a bit weighty but i find it reassuring and solid, very well engineered, cracking accuracy, and will last for ever. stealthy1 3,964
HW100KT, no farting about pulling bolts when static hunting due to side leaver, quiet as a mouse when fired, and they're not heavy, they're built to last Quote Link to post
robwelsh 354
No farting about pulling bolts? What do you with Hw100 then to cock it u nutter! Lol Most pcps are accurate as one another, an if their not its either not working as it should or the pellet ain't right. Best advice would handle what you can afford. You won't go wrong with an s200-410 etc. And they are the cheapest well made pcps u could probably get. If shot counts an issue then its buddy bottles. The price starts to get bigger lol Quote Link to post
boyo 1,398
just bought a air arms s400 cracking little gun very accurate and approx 100 shots a refill in .22 pellet Quote Link to post
fry 209
i have had a 410 for a few years now and would struggle to pick fault! other than the standard AA silencer aint really to great. but apart from that they are 10 shot, accurate, light weight, relatively cheap and plentiful on the S/H market. Rawly86 6
Ive used my Logun Axsor for 6-7 years never let me down nice reliable gun. My mate has as S16 but he thinks the Logun Axsor is made slightly better and more accurate and the wooden stock is more user friendly. Quote Link to post

Roy Williamson 15
My only precharge is a custom co2, but if i was in the market for pcp I would go for AA 200/400. Lots of ppl I know have them and rave about them. The hw100 is a fantastic gun but pricy. As long as you dont need over 100 shots AA all the way Quote Link to post

hugo1 31
would go for fx verminator mk2 or bsa r10 hw100kt or even a bsa ultra great little guns just find them little to light for me but would beat any gun in the £700 price range but all depends what fits you best Quote Link to post
nangell 50
heres afew guns i have had and would have again, all these i have found reliable, regged ultra, r10, s200, s410 ,hw100kt,and ive saved the best till is my airwolf which bought secondhand ,couldnt afford a new one, it's awesome Quote Link to post
Bendover 67
The s200 is a great little rifle, an ultra is i think superior but the mmc can put some people off. I've always been a bit of a bsa man myself but am i right in thinking this forum seems to lean more towards AA, I've only shot the s200 mk1, very robust and accurate Quote Link to post
villaman 9,983
Hi A nice second hand regged ultra, fantastic guns or if you have the money a HW100kt Quote Link to post
