Braised beef in Irish Stout

If you want pure indulgent Winter stick to yer insides comfort food, this is it:

I didn't use shoulder beef, butcher hadn't any, instead got some strips which I think were cut from round seak, not 100% sure but it was tender as fcuk.

I'm not certain about it, but i said i would ask the person who put the recipie up on the forum. I have just asked the wife if i n cook it for us, to this suggestion she went all of a dither.

My question to you Sir is, if i can only get the Irish stout in cases, would it be ok if i brought a case, used what was needed in the recipie then drank the rest because of its used when opened rubbish.

 

 

 

 

Alright dearest i've just asked, and the answer is "once one has been opened from the case, then the case has got to be drunk before they go bad".
