HELP every time i want to reply

i cannot seem to get smileys or anything else on the board above ......even this one is blanked out so i need some guidance how to get back

 

i have ticked enable emoticions,and signature, but have follow topic un ticked all on the right hand side

 

so any HELP would be appreciated

All formatting functions greyed out, cookies cleared and still the same

 

I'm having to type the code to get them to show

 

I've put it down to a shitty connection speed

Where is it i hear you cry ................its on the left next to the Rubber

looks like a light switch I found it by accident ......it switches it all back on ...just like a light
