mooster 1
We live in a terrace of old houses and got problems last year.Same thing...the old lady next door didn't realise there was a problem and we caught 20+ in traps over a few weeks. They piddle everywhere they go and leave poop everywhere. The only sure way to get rid of them in my experience is to put down plenty of poison and traps at the same time.I'm no expert but I believe they breed so quickly that traps alone would never wipe out a colony. It has worked this year...so far. Also remove the food source, ours were attracted by the dog's food bowl overnight.Good luck. I think there are some pest controllers on here who can give advice if needed.
