Baghdadnights 150
Of course it could be the cronkle bolt that's fell out of the giggle pin. Or it's just the loose nut behind the steering wheel. When you bump it use second gear just pop the clutch out then straight back down just to spin the motor
moxy 617
to me if the glow plugs are working right , it can only be injectors as you've ruled everything else out ... (on the fuel side) if i was changing your injector i would of advised putting a full set in, ive never just changed one injector ever , And you would have been swiftly advised to fook off in return!! Feck me at around two hundred nicker plus, a pop it would have worked out more than the motors worth, plus fitting But i hear what you saying and sound advice it maybee

jamie mc 168
If the injector was faulty will you not got a knock?or lose power
moxy 617
If the injector was faulty will you not got a knock?or lose power You would and thats what happened, serious loss of power. However if the injectors do have a slight fault as already said they may run ok once the engine is up and firing but not performing enough to get it started. At this moment who knows? i certainly dont, it has me well beat

Baghdadnights 150
Just had a thought have you done a leak back test on the return pipes from the injectors
Chid 6,603
Just had a thought have you done a leak back test on the return pipes from the injectors agree never thought , some fronteras if the leak of pipes are perished they wont start ... also if the trooper as low oil pressure they dont like starting
moxy 617
Just had a thought have you done a leak back test on the return pipes from the injectors No The only return pipe i can find is external to the head as the injectors are under the rocker cover, as far as im aware its gallery fed. each injector is independant and only takes what it needs. Its not common rail. I tell you, when i came to open the bonnet and search for the injectors, it took me nearly an hour to realise they were under the rocker cover The underpaid but overcharging tech fella at isuzu said this engine (not this one personaly) nearly sent isuzu bust, frought with problems
moxy 617
They changed the oil pressure sensor the same time as the injector, when they had the rocker cover off

Baghdadnights 150
If the injectors are fed from one main fuel rail that is common rail if there individually fed direct from the pump that's direct injection which is yours
