Fully grown?

This is my first year of keeping ferrets.I picked up two jill kitts a month ago at about eight weeks old.what age do they become fully grown?

This may sound silly but i can tell by there faces, especially hobs, they seem to loose that kit baby look at around 5 months old, but wont be mentally mature for a while , they do tend to bulk out as we approach the autumn & carry a fair bit of weight over the cooler months.

what age will the jills come into there first season ...

Hobs testicles will drop about 8-9mth old, jills will come into season the spring following their birth.

Thanks for the info everyone,another quick question,as they'll be fully grown come November/December time will they be ready for me to start working them at the start of the season?

They should be good to work from about 16 weeks on mate. But they are all slightly different. If they've got a strong neck and are fit 16 weeks will be fine
