sounds like a good dog,if its done nothing for a while but still working well,of course its going be spent if its unfit,dont run it no more until its fit,and the guy should be offering it cheap or free to a good home,but if hes a tight arse and has not got the dogs welfare (PLENTY OF EM ABOUT)at heart then id start a 100 if your set on it

 

Exactly what I'm thinking, he should be unbelievable when he gets back into it. I don't want to take him for free in case he dies or anything so I'll offer him a €100.

Get somebody else to offer him a few quid for it then the next time u see him just say sorry do I know u!! And keep walking !! Some people should not be allowed to keep dogs!!

Sound, ya I brought him for a 4 mile walk this morning before college; he was bate after it.
