Hi all looking to purchase a new scope

What does every one recommend

Around the £150 mark

For that money I would recommend a hawke panorama 4-12 x 40 AO IR or the 50mm version depending on what rifle it will be sat on!

 

Truly awesome scopes, worth every penny, oh go for the half mildot reticule unless you don't like that reticule.

i have to agree with mawders. i also have a 40mm panarama on my hw95 (copied him lol) but a 50mm would be too big for the rifle..

so i have a 50mm panorama on one of my big chunky hw97k's and a mamba lite 4-16x44 on the other hw97kt

 

i would highly reccomend any of these scopes. also had a mamba which was also a really good scope.

Another vote for the Hawke Panorama, simply beautiful glass. Also when used along with the Hawke ChairGun software, you end up with a gun/scope package that is understandable and accurate. If you can stretch financies you could go up to the 50mm, if i remember rightly i paid about £180ish.

I had panaroma to mamba lite. Reason.being is the scb ret. But now I can see it is abit clearer and feels just as light with bigger mag

Hi all haven't made my mind up on a scope yet

Quite like the mtc viper 4x16x50 ir Scb rectical

To sit on top of my ranger

But I'll have to pay around the £225 mark

Anyone had any experience with this scope and is it worth the extra coin

Hi mate all mtc scopes are very nice in my opinion i love the scb ret i have a mamba and mamba lite both quality, but it comes down to personal opinion mate. try to look through a few if you can. ATB Aaron
