Shamo 319
Constructive criticism?.....swap the Buckle and D Ring locations around. I have found that way to much safer, especially for Dogs on Chains and strong pullers.........for me.

unicornleather 60
Gaffer, this is not criticism, it's help and advice, you should really have the metal loop up near the buckle, it's basic leatherwork, it's to stop the end of the strap pulling out and keeps it secure, it's a safety thing. Also, try to shave the turn down so it's smooth against the dog's neck, will make a much more comfortable fit for the dog it's on. Stitching the turns is stronger and safer than rivets too, it's coming on though.Get yourself a strap end punch (pointed) from abbey to help you with the points. A pointed chisel punch is twice as expensive so ignore those or if you pm me I can show you how you measure and cut your own egg points for the end of the straps, you need dividers and a good sharp round knife or head knife if you have one?
